Best Nutrition For Longevity Meals

I really enjoyed most meals from Nutrition for Longevity but had to add salt to almost every meal.  This was especially true of the meals with potato hash, polenta, and greens.

One of my favorite meals was the Nicoyan Lentil Salad.  I ate this salad for lunch and it was perfect.  The sauce for the lentils was pretty spicey, but the dressing for the salad (which I missed at first) had a nice sweetness to it and balanced out the spicey lentils nicely. SHOP NOW >>

I also really enjoyed the Calabrian Braised Chickpeas and after I mixed the greens in with the chickpeas, this dish was delicious.  And the Vegan Chipotle Queso in the Western Vegetable Breakfast Scramble was surprisingly good, though the potatoes needed more seasoning.

In addition, the Sardinian Roasted Ratatouille with Chicken and the Sardinian Roasted Ratatouille with Cod were both tasty, though the protein portion of the meal might be small for some.  It was perfect for me for dinner, though.

TIP:  Read the instructions carefully as some of the sauces need to be removed before microwaving the meals.  In addition, I recommend mixing the two components together as they taste better than eating them separately.  SHOP NOW >>

Least Favorite Nutrition For Longevity Meals

There were a couple of misses in my box.

The Summer Peach Chia Pudding was a miss for me as the texture was a bit off, even after adding water, and the whole dish needed more flavor (and sugar) as the peaches were more sour than sweet.

And while I liked the Chickpeas in the Loma Linda Breakfast Hash the greens needed salt and were too bitter to eat. SHOP NOW >>

Nutrition for Longevity Review: Bottom Line

Nutrition For Longevity (N4L) delivers nutrient-rich meals that are high in fruits, vegetables, & fiber, to help restore balance within your body and to help you thrive. All meals are based on the Longevity Diet, and the science of Dr. Valter Longo a leading researcher in healthy aging, and each day includes at least 10 servings of fruits and vegetables, 25 grams of fiber, and less than 30% of your daily calories from fat.

We love that Nutrition for Longevity sources fresh, clean produce from their own regenerative farm in Long Valley, NJ, and that they use high-quality, sustainably sourced fish and humanely-raised organic chicken.

We also love that there is an option to purchase one time or you can subscribe to regular weekly deliveries and save 10% and all subscription plans come with free shipping.

As with most prepared meals, some portion sizes may be small for some out there with large appetites.  Compared to other prepared meal services the cost of N4L is in the middle of the price range for lunch and dinner with breakfast being a bit high.

Overall, we found the meals tasty, but most needed salt and pepper and other spices to enhance the flavor.

Nutrition for Longevity would be great for anyone looking for a reset to get back on track eating healthier meals, for those who want to kick start a diet, and those looking for a complete prepared meal plan that includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner. SHOP NOW >>

Enjoy!
