I must admit that I am not a matcha expert and find that most matcha drinks that I have tried taste like slightly sweet grass with a hint of bitterness.
I found the taste of the Clevr Blends Matcha SuperLatte to be creamy and sweet with only a hint of “grassy” flavor. I was pleasantly surprised, actually, at how smooth this matcha drink was with no bitterness at all.
A nutty coconut flavor came through as well and it was sweeter than expected. The sweetener is a natural plant-based blend made with monk fruit and erythritol. For some, these sweeteners can leave an aftertaste or have a cooling effect in the mouth, but happily, I experienced neither while drinking this Matcha SuperLatte.
And with 45 mg of caffeine, slowly released by the SuperCreamer, this Matcha SuperLatte makes for a great afternoon pick-me-up.

The Coffee SuperLatte by Clevr Blends tasted rich and creamy with a nutty coconut taste and little coffee flavor. I loved the creaminess of this drink but missed the coffee taste that I enjoy/crave.
The amount of caffeine felt like what you would expect from a standard cup of home-brewed coffee and I did not feel jittery after drinking my Coffee SuperLatte.

TIP: To bump up the coffee flavor add coffee! I added hot coffee to the mix and it was heavenly giving me the coffee flavor that I wanted with all of the SuperLatte benefits.
